We are writing to advise that Mr. D.J Dilger, Mr K.C O'Sullivan and Mr B.J.
Power, directors of Greencore, have informed the company that they acquired
2,000 Greencore shares each under The Greencore Group Sharesave Scheme at
IR£1.80 per share on 31st January, 2001 bringing their total shareholding in
Greencore to 77,330, 69,649 and 44,680 shares respectively.
