Greggs plc - Board Committee Change in Membership
Greggs plc ("the Company") announces that, following the appointment of Sir Ian
Gibson as an additional member of the Company's remuneration committee, Ian
Gregg has retired from membership of that Committee. There is no other change
in their roles or responsibilities.
