Roger Whiteside has acquired a beneficial interest in 60,000 shares from The Greggs Employee Benefit Trust.  Legal ownership of: (1) 30,000 of those shares will transfer to Roger Whiteside provided he remains an employee of Greggs plc and no notice of termination of his employment has been given as at 4 February 2015, and (2) 30,000 of those shares will transfer to Roger Whiteside provided he remains an employee of Greggs plc and no notice of termination of his employment has been given as at 4 February 2016.
