                        DIVIDEND RECORD DATE - AMENDMENT


Further to the preliminary results announcement issued today, please note the
following amendment to the dividend record date.


Subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting, the final dividend will
be paid on 23 May 2003 to shareholders on the register at 22 April 2003 and not
18 April 2003 as previously stated.
