2000, following a sale of 65,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company
(0.54% of the issued share capital), the Norwich Union Group material interest
in the Company is as follows:-

Norwich Union Life & Pensions B A/c              422,000
London & Edinburgh Insurance Co Limited              900
Total                                            422,900.

This holding represents 3.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The
interests being disclosed are made on behalf of Norwich Union plc (the
ultimate holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) and the
other companies referred to in the above notice.
