merger of CGU plc and Norwich Union plc, that a centralised global reporting
unit had been established in the name of CGNU plc.

CGNU plc and certain of its subsidiaries have the following notifiable interests

CGNU plc: Asset Management Companies
Morley Fund Management Limited               876,500
Norwich Union Investment Management Limited  503,750
Total                                      1,380,250

This holding represents 11.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.  This
