2000, following a purchase of 67,000 ordinary shares of 20p in the Company
(0.56% of the issued share capital), that the Norwich Union Group interest in
the Company is as follows:-

Total                                                      489,900

This holding represents 4.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.  The
interests being disclosed are made on behalf of Norwich Union plc (the ultimate
holding company of the Norwich Union Group of Companies) and the other companies
referred to in the above notice.
