sale of shares in the Company on the 20th November 2000 by Prudential PLC that
their notifiable interest is as follows:
PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PAC AC 1,020,000
PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM (UK) PPL AC 2,400
TOTAL 1,022,400
This holding represents 8.54% of the issued share capital of the Company.
