has an interest in a total of 520,134 voting ordinary 20p shares (4.67% of the
issued share capital of the Company) as follows:


141,409 ordinary 20p shares held in the name of Productive Nominees Limited;


2,857 ordinary 20p shares held in her own name;


215,000 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison, Fiona Nicholson
and Richard Hutton as trustees of the Greggs Charitable Trust;


80,434 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison and Alan Wardropper
as trustees of the I D Gregg Settlement; and


80,434 ordinary 20p shares held jointly with Andrew Davison and Alan Wardropper
and Fiona Nicholson as trustees of the I D Gregg Settlement.
