NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY RESULTS

Greggs plc, the leading bakery food-on-the-go retailer in the UK, with almost 1,700 retail outlets throughout the country, will be announcing its preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 28 December 2013 on Wednesday 26 February 2014.
