Appointment as an AIFM and Appointment of Depository

Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Gresham House Asset Management Limited ("GHAM"), has received approval to vary its permissions from Small Scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") to become authorised as a full-scope AIFM by the Financial Conduct Authority under the requirements of the Alternative Investment Fund Management Directive ("AIFMD").

GHAM, which currently acts as the investment manager to Gresham House Strategic plc ("GHS") and to the Gresham House Forestry Fund LP ("GHF LP"), is appointed AIFM to GHS and GHF LP, effective 1 May 2018. GHAM has also replaced G10 Capital as AIFM of LMS Capital plc ("LMS") pursuant to the arrangements agreed with LMS on 16 August 2016.

GHAM will continue to have responsibility for the management and administration of GHF LP's, LMS's and GHS's portfolios. GHAM will continue to have responsibility for the distribution of shares for LMS and GHS, subject to the overall supervision and control of the Directors of LMS and GHS. The fees and principal terms of Gresham House Asset Management's appointment as AIFM remain unchanged from the existing management agreements.

INDOS Financial Limited ("INDOS") has been appointed to act as depositary for GHS and GHF LP, effective from 1 May 2018. Ipes Depositary (UK) Limited ("Ipes") remains the appointed depositary for LMS. INDOS and Ipes are each authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
