Directorate Change
The Board of Directors of Gresham House plc confirms that Mr Richard
Chadwick has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with
effect from 17 June 2008.

Mr Chadwick has spent the majority of his career to date working within the
J Sainsbury plc group of companies having been director of corporate finance and
business development and a non executive director of the group's property
development company. Currently Mr Chadwick is a non-executive Director of
SpaceandPeople plc.

There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph
9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
