Conditional sale of Liverpool properties



Gresham House plc announces that, following its announcement on 25th September,
2007 relating to the proposed sale of the Group's property interests on Speke
Boulevard, Speke, Liverpool, there has been no response from the proposed
Purchasers' solicitors in relation to the draft contract submitted to them.

They have failed to respond to several letters and, accordingly, the Company
takes the view that the Purchaser has withdrawn from the transaction.
