Gresham House plc ("the Company")
Result of Annual General Meeting
The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed, save for Resolution 10 in respect
of the authority for the Directors of the Company to allot equity securities
entirely paid for in cash, which with the approval of those shareholders present
was not put to the meeting.
