Sustainable Investment Report
Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, has published its second "Sustainable Investment Report".
The report introduces our Corporate Sustainability Strategy which has identified several sustainability objectives. It also sets out how the Company will measure its progress against the objectives as part of its wider commitment to help clients achieve their financial objectives whilst also making a meaningful contribution to advancing the world's transition to a more sustainable way of life.

The Company's first Sustainable Investment Report was published in March last year, and outlined Gresham House's aim, as part of its GH25 ambitions, to drive the sustainability agenda within the UK asset management space and how it planned to deliver on that aim and to further develop the business as a leading specialist alternative asset manager, with sustainability at its heart. The Group plans to continue to report annually to communicate the meaningful progress being made against these goals.

§ Introduced our first Corporate Sustainability Strategy to support the Group's 'GH25' strategic objective "to become a recognised leader in sustainable investment, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)"
§ Established our new Board Sustainability Committee
§ Became UK Stewardship Code signatories
§ Calculated our operational carbon emissions, publishing scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions in this report
§ 25% women on the Board
§ 96% employee advocacy score
§ 38% women across all levels of the business
Real assets
§ 7.6m trees planted
§ Launched the Gresham House Forest Growth & Sustainability LP which targets planting 10,000 hectares of new forests over a three-year period
§ 19,700 homes passed with full-fibre broadband from alt-net investments
§ 490.5 GWh renewable energy generated by wind and solar assets
§ 154 new homes constructed
Strategic Equity
§ 100% engaged with all active unquoted VCT portfolio companies
§ 72% of Gresham House VCT investment team contribute as member or observer of investee Boards
§ UK Public Equity team met with 96% of investee management teams
§ 37 governance-focused engagements completed by UK Public Equity team
