The Boards of Hazel Renewable Energy VCT1 plc ("Hazel 1") and Hazel Renewable Energy VCT2 plc ("Hazel 2") announce allotments on 4 April 2014 pursuant to the joint Offer for Subscription that opened on 12 March 2014 ("Offer") as follows:

The 2013/2014 Offer has now closed.  The 2014/2015 Offer will close on at 12 noon on 15 April 2014 unless previously extended or fully subscribed at an earlier date.
