Top Up Offer for Subscription

Hazel Renewable Energy VCT1 plc and Hazel Renewable Energy VCT2 plc (the "Companies") are pleased to announce the launch of a top up offer for subscription of, in aggregate, up to 3,620,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each and up to 3,620,000 A shares of 0.1p each (up to 1,810,000 ordinary shares and up to 1,810,000 A shares in each of the Companies) (the "Offer"). Full details of the Offers are contained in an offer document (the "Offer Document") issued by the Companies, dated 12 March 2014

The Offers opened on 1 March 2014 and will close at 12 noon on 15 April 2014 or earlier should the Offer become fully subscribed.
