Investment activity
During the period from 1 October 2011 to 31 December 2011, the company made new investments totalling of £3.7 million. From 1 January 2012 to the date of this announcement, the company made investments totalling £792,000. At the date of this announcement, the investment portfolio had a total cost of £15.5 million and all investments are valued at amounts equal to original cost.

Dividends paid or declared in the period
On 30 January 2012, the Company declared a final dividend of 3.5p per Ordinary Share payable, subject to Shareholder approval, on 30 March 2012.

Other than described above, there were no material events during the period from 1 April 2011 to the date of this announcement.
