Hazel Renewable Energy VCT 2 plc : Top Up Offer...

Hazel Renewable Energy VCT1 plc and Hazel Renewable Energy VCT2 plc (the "Companies") have launched a top up offer for subscription of up to, in aggregate,  4,150,000 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each and up to 4,150,000 A Shares of 0.1p each (up to 2,075,000 ordinary shares and up to 2,075,000 A Shares in each of the Companies) (the "Offers"). Full details of the Offers are contained in an offer document (the "Offer Document") issued by the Companies, dated 1 March 2012.

The Offers opened on 1 March 2012 and will close at 12 noon on 1 April 2012 or earlier should the Offers become full subscribed.

The Offer Document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available to the public for viewing online at the following website address: http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
