Andrew Walton-Green to be New Chief Executive

          GRESHAM APPOINTS NEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE
                            
Gresham  Computing plc announces that Andrew Walton-Green
has been appointed as Chief Executive with effect from 11
April 2000.

Andrew,  36,  was  formerly a director  of  Deloitte  and
Touche,  where  he  was responsible for  leading  its  E-
business activities on the South Coast.
