Further  to  the announcement of the appointment  of  Ted
Aves  to the Board and in accordance with paragraph  16.4
of  the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Ted has
not  been a director of a publicly quoted company  during
the  previous five years.  There are no other disclosures
to be made under paragraph 16.4.
