                     BOARD  CHANGES

Gresham Computing PLC ('the Company') announces that Mr
Sid Green has been appointed as Chairman with effect from 6 April, 2000.

Bill Simpson, Chief Executive and Alan Davies, Chief Technical Officer have
resigned as directors of the Company, with effect from 6 April, 2000. Mr
Simpson and Mr Davies have, in principle, agreed to work with the Company
for a period of time to assist and advise the new management team to ensure
an effective and controlled handover.

Further information regarding the appointment of a new management team will
