Director/PDMR Shareholding
Director share purchases
On 6 May 2008, the Company was notified of the following transactions, that took
place on 2 May 2008, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
Eric Sepkes (Chairman) purchased 73,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Shares
'), representing 0.14% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company,
at a price of 67 pence per Share.
Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 36,500 Shares, representing 0.07% of the
outstanding issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 67 pence per
Share.
Interests as a result of the above transactions
Eric Sepkes is now beneficially interested in a total of 73,500 Shares,
representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over a total of 400,000 Shares.
Andrew Walton-Green is now beneficially interested in a total of 756,513 Shares,
representing approximately 1.43% of the issued share capital of the Company, and
holds options over a total of 1,057,897 Shares. Included in this total interest
in Shares are 352,990 shares held by his wife and children.
The percentages shown above are based on the Company's issued share capital of
52,850,890 Shares.
