On 8 January 2008, the Company was notified of the following transaction, that
took place on that day, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure Rules and
section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the Companies Act 1985.
Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 42,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.08%
of the outstanding share capital, at a price of 72 pence per share. As a
result, Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company to 720,013, representing 1.36% of the outstanding
share capital. Andrew Walton-Green continues to hold options over 1,057,897
shares.
