Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 7 July 2005, AJS Walton-Green, the Company's Chief
Executive, purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, representing 0.07%
of the outstanding share capital, at a price of £1.00 per share.  The Company
was informed of this purchase on 7 July 2005.

As a result, AJS Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in the
ordinary shares of the Company from 493,147 to 528,147, representing 1.05% of
the outstanding share capital.

The total number of outstanding ordinary shares of the Company remains unchanged
at 50,149,098 ordinary shares of 5p each.
