On 24 September 2007, the Company was notified of the following transactions,
that took place on that day, in accordance with DR 3.1.2R of the Disclosure
Rules and section 324 (as extended by section 328) of the Companies Act 1985.


Andrew Walton-Green (CEO) purchased 11,818 ordinary shares, representing 0.022%
of the outstanding share capital, at a price of £1.10 per share.  As a result,
Andrew Walton-Green has increased his beneficial interest in the ordinary shares
of the Company to 677,513, representing 1.282% of the outstanding share capital.
Andrew Walton-Green continues to hold options over 557,897 shares.


Alan Howarth (Chairman) purchased 9,091 ordinary shares, representing 0.017% of
the outstanding share capital, at a price of £1.10 per share.  As a result, Alan
Howarth has increased his beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company to 12,291, representing 0.023% of the outstanding share capital.


Chris Errington (Finance Director) purchased 2,268 ordinary shares, representing
0.004% of the outstanding share capital, at a price of £1.10 per share.  As a
result, Chris Errington has increased his beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company to 2,268, representing 0.004% of the outstanding share
capital.
