                            Directors' shareholding

The Company announces that it has been informed that today Mr S J Green
transferred 5,275,491 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, previously
held in his own name into a beneficial trust held by Rathbone Trustees Jersey
Limited as Trustees of the S J Green Interest In Possession Settlement Number
Three. As a result of this transfer Mr S J Green's beneficial holding in the
Company remains unchanged at 5,625,491 ordinary shares representing 11.56% of
the outstanding share capital.
