Board Change
Gresham Computing plc
('Gresham' or 'the Company')
Gresham announces that on 18 January 2008 Rob Glenn gave notice of his
resignation as a director of Gresham Computing plc. Rob will be leaving the
Company and stepping down from the Board after a transitional period to pursue
other opportunities. The Company will make a separate announcement when the
date from which this resignation is to take effect has been determined.
Andrew Walton-Green, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
'Rob has been involved in changing the perception of Gresham solutions in the
market and the Board wishes him every success for the future.'
