Gresham Computing plc ('Gresham' or the 'Company')

Gresham has been notified that W G Simpson, Chief Executive, was today granted
270,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 5p each ('Ordinary
Shares') at 45.5p per share, exercisable between 10 February 2003 and 9
February 2010.  Following this announcement the interest of the aforementioned
Director in the issued share capital of the Company is as follows:
