As a consequence of the finalisation of his divorce
settlement, S J Green has today resigned as a trustee
over a trust for the benefit of his ex-spouse, over which
S J Green had no beneficial interest, which holds
2,888,135 ordinary shares of 5p each in the company and
660,018 preference shares. In addition S J Green no
longer has a notifiable interest over 220,943 ordinary
shares of 5p each and 154,194 preference shares held in
the name of his ex-spouse. As a result S J Green now
holds a beneficial interest in 5,165,473 ordinary shares
of 5p each representing 11.72% of the ordinary share
capital and in 660,018 preference shares.
M A Green has notified the company that she holds a
beneficial interest in 3,109,078 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the company representing 7.05% of the ordinary
share capital and in 814,212 preference shares.
