 Gresham and ACI Worldwide Reach Distribution Agreement


Gresham   Computing  (London:  GHT)  and  ACI   Worldwide
(Nasdaq: TSAI) today announced that they have reached  an
agreement  granting  ACI worldwide rights  to  distribute
Gresham's newly developed 'The Operations Pack' software.

The  Operations Pack is a new generation of GUI  (Graphic
User  Interface)  operations product targeted  at  Compaq
NonStop  Himalaya  users.  Gresham's operations  products
are  already used to operate some of the largest and most
visible  Compaq  Himalaya systems worldwide.   ACI  is  a
leading  international  provider  of  e-commerce  and  e-
payment   solutions  with  operations  in  the  Americas,
Europe/Middle East/Africa and Asia/Pacific.

Andrew Walton-Green, Chief Executive of Gresham said:  'I
