Grant of Options

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham", the "Company" or the "Group") announces that on 28 March 2019, it granted options over 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the "Options") to Tom Mullan, Chief Financial Officer of Gresham.

The Options, which are exercisable at a price of £0.97196 per ordinary share, have a ten-year life and vest on the third anniversary of their grant, subject to certain Group performance targets. Following the grant of the Options, Tom Mullan holds a total of 300,000 share options.
