The company was notified on 19 March 2003, that following the disposal of
100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each on 18 March 2003 the total number of shares
managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited and its associated companies is
3,660,398 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 7.78% of the issued ordinary
shares of the company.  The holdings are held as follows:
