(A) The Company was notified on 3 October 2005 that, as at 3 October 2005, J O
Hambro Capital Management Limited has increased its interest to 4,912,500
ordinary shares of 5 pence each, representing 9.77% of the outstanding share
capital of the Company.



(B)  The Company was notified on 3 October 2005 that J.P. Morgan Chase & Co no
longer holds a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
