The Company received notification on 17 May 2006 that UBS AG no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital.


The Company received notification on 18 May 2006 that, Gartmore Investment
Management plc, had reduced its notifiable interest to 7,535,669 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each in the Company at 16 May 2006, representing 14.99% of the
outstanding share capital of the Company.
