The Company received notification on 16 June 2006 that Gartmore Investment
Management plc had increased its notifiable interest to 7,544,943 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each in the Company at 8 June 2006, representing 15.0% of the
outstanding share capital of the Company.



The outstanding share capital of the Company remains at 50,269,809 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each.
