The Company was notified today that following the transfer of 4,655,491 ordinary
shares in the Company from The S.J.Green Interest in Possession Settlement
Number Three to The Valentina Discretionary Trust that Mr Sydney John Green no
longer holds a notifiable interest in the shares of the Company.
Following the transfer The Valentina Discretionary Trust managed by Blevins
Franks Trustees Limited holds 4,655,491 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 9.39% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
