The Company was notified on 1 March 2006 that, as a result of share purchases,
Gartmore Investment Management plc, had an interest in 6,147,024 ordinary shares
of 5 pence each at 23 February 2006, representing 12.2% of the outstanding share
capital of the Company.   This holding is managed as follows:
