The Company was notified today that, following the disposal of 100,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each on 9 July 2003, the total number of ordinary shares held by
Herald Investment Trust plc in the Company is now 1,875,000 representing 3.85%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
