The Company has today received notification that as at 8 May 2003 SIS
SEGAIntersettle AG/Omnibus Ord a/c was interested in 1,498,000 ordinary shares
representing 3.19% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.  The
interest is registered in the name of HSBC GLOBAL CUSTODY NOMINEE (UK) LIMITED.
