Notice of Annual General Meeting and Dividend Timetable
Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT" or the "Company") announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting 2019 (the "AGM") will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Thursday 2 May 2019 at 11.00 a.m.
The Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form are today being posted to shareholders. Electronic copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.greshamtech.com/investors.
As confirmed in the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 December 2018, released on 12 March 2019, the Company is proposing a final dividend of 0.5 pence per share (the "Dividend"). If approved by the passing of a resolution at the AGM, it is intended that the Dividend will be paid on 16 May 2019 to all shareholders on the register as at close of business on 5 April 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 4 April 2019.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
