Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company's Annual General Meeting 2016 will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Thursday 28 April 2016 at 11.00 a.m.
The Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have today been posted to shareholders. Electronic copies of these documents will shortly be available on the Company's website at http://www.gresham-computing.com.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Financial Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
