Notice of results and analyst and private investor presentations

Gresham Technologies plc (LSE: "GHT", "Gresham" or the "Group"), the leading software and services company that specialises in providing solutions for data integrity and control, banking integration, payments and cash management, confirms that it expects to announce its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 on 21 July 2020.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 21 July via conference call. Admittance for this event is strictly limited to those who register their participation in advance. For conference call details and to register attendance, please contact Gresham at  [e-mail] .

A separate online presentation for private and retail investors will be held on Wednesday 22 July at 16.00 p.m. on the Investor Meet Company platform. Private and retail i nvestors will need to register with Investor Meet Company, for which there is no charge, and add 'to meet' Gresham Technologies plc to register attendance. Advance registration to attend the meeting is required.

· The following link will enable registration to the Investor Meet Company platform and allow registration of attendance to the private and retail investor meeting.   https://investormeetcompany.com/gresham-technologies-plc/register-investor .

· Investors who have already registered to the Investor Meet Company platform will be able to add to meet the Company to register attendance at the private and retail investor meeting.

· Questions can be submitted pre-event via an investor's Investor Meet Company dashboard or any time during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will endeavour to address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.

· Investor feedback can also be submitted directly to management post-event to ensure the Company can understand the views of all elements of its shareholder base.
