Gresham Computing plc ('the Company') is applying to  the
London Stock Exchange for 933,998 new ordinary shares  of
5p  each to be admitted to the official list.  The shares
are  being  issued  to  the vendors  of  SIM  Group,  the
acquisition of which was announced by the Company  on  12
April 1999.
