 FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2020 AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

The Board of Directors of Grit announces that the audited abridged consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 have been published and can be viewed on the Company's website at https://grit.group/financial-results/ .

Shareholders are further advised that Grit's integrated annual report, including the audited annual financial statements for its financial year ended 30 June 2020 is now available on the Company's website at https://grit.group/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/grit-annual-report-20.pdf .
