DIAL IN DETAILS FOR GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Grit (" Shareholders ") are referred to the announcement released on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM") and the Regulatory Information Service of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") on Monday, 17 May 2021, which, inter alia, notified Shareholders of a general meeting to be held on Thursday, 17 June 2021 at 1 p.m. Mauritian time (10 a.m. UK time) at the offices of the Company, 3rd Floor, La Croisette Shopping Centre, Grand Baie, Mauritius (the "General Meeting") and of the circular distributed to Shareholders on Monday, 17 May 2021 (the "Circular").
Shareholders who are unable to attend the General Meeting in person are encouraged to dial in to the General Meeting through the details set out below in order to listen in to the business of the General Meeting. Please note that any such participation via the dial in facility will not constitute formal attendance in relation to the General Meeting and Shareholders will not be able to speak, ask questions or vote on any resolutions through that facility.
Such Shareholders are therefore encouraged to submit their votes for the General Meeting in advance or be represented at the General Meeting by following the process set out in the Circular, a copy of which is also available on the Company's website ( https://grit.group/documents-circulars/ ) .
If a Shareholder who is unable to attend the General Meeting has any question relating to the business of the General Meeting or a question for the board of directors of Grit (the "Board") that he/she had been planning to ask at the General Meeting, please send it by email no later than 1 p.m. Mauritian time (10 a.m. UK time ) on Wednesday, 16 June 2021 to grit@intercontinentaltrust.com . To the extent these questions have not already been covered in the Circular, the Board will respond to them in a Q&A, which will be posted on the Company's website, following the General Meeting.
