NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders of Grit will be held at 1:00 p.m. Mauritian time (9:00 a.m. UK time) on Monday, 28 December 2020 at 3rd Floor, La Croisette Shopping Centre, Grand Baie, Mauritius to transact the business as set out in the notice of the AGM.
The notice of AGM is available on the Company's website at https://grit.group/ results-centre/ . The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM is Monday, 21 December 2020, with the last day to trade being Wednesday, 16 December 2020.
The Board wishes to inform the shareholders and the general public that the Integrated Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2020 are still being finalised and will be approved at a later stage at a special meeting of shareholders.
