Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

The Company was notified on the 5th June 2008 that on 2nd June 2008 Mr S A Hussain, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility, received a deferred investment award equivalent to 

35,778.18 Ordinary shares at £11.18 per Ordinary share.

Fifty per cent of the award will vest on 2nd June 2012, a further twenty five per cent will vest on 2nd June 2013, with the remainder vesting on 2nd June 2014.

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
