I give below details of a change in the interests of Mr J M Clarke, a person
deemed by the company to be a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.

On 18 February 2008 Mr Clarke notified the Company that on 8 February 2008 he
acquired 8,580 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £10.48 each on the
London Stock Exchange.

This notification relates to a transaction notified under Disclosure and
Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
