I give below details of changes in interests in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc in respect of the under-mentioned person discharging managerial responsibility:

Mr S M Bicknell acquired a beneficial interest in 27 Ordinary Shares arising from the re-investment of dividends under Personal Equity Plans on 9 July 2012 at 1495.5 pence per Share.
